Prices and terms of sale are for information only and may be changed in response to market fluctuations. Nevertheless, placing the order by filling out the order form implies agreement to the price offered and the general terms and conditions of sale in force at this particular time. Once the order is processed, the sale will be understood to be legally complete, with all the legal consumer protection guarantees enjoyed by the purchaser. From this time, all prices and conditions will be considered contractual and may not be modified without the express agreement of both parties. The contract shall be executed in Spanish. The electronic document completing the contract will be saved and the customer will have access to it in the customer user area.

Delivery

Delivery times can vary from 24 to 72 hours from collection of the order at the factory by the shipping company. We are unable to guarantee these delivery times, but we always try to ensure that the shipping companies fulfil them whenever possible. In rural areas remote from large cities it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each item, bearing in mind that these are handmade products and are always made to order, with manufacturing time ranging from three days to three months, depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials, etc. Orders that include several items will be sent in a single delivery and the delivery date will correspond to the item with the longest manufacturing time, except in cases of simultaneous orders from the same craftsman, in which case the manufacturing time and corresponding delivery time will be the total of each item's manufacturing time.

The customer will have 72 hours to check that all items included in the order have been delivered and are in perfect condition. At the end of this 72-hour period, the items will be understood to have been accepted and claims for faults or damage during transit will not be accepted.

The order will be considered delivered when the customer delivery receipt is signed. The customer must check the products upon receipt and must make any complaints within the following 24 hours.

If you receive a product damaged in transit, we recommend you contact us within 24 hours to enable a claim to be made against the shipping company. It is also advisable to make the shipping company aware of the problem.

Returns

Under current law, you can return goods, regardless of the reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by the customer. For this purpose, the conditions set out in the section on conditions must be met.

Terms and conditions for returns by private customers

The following products may not be returned, as set out in Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws:

'goods prepared in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user [or] those which are clearly customised' (such as our swords and damascene work pieces which are customised or made to order).

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, in perfect condition and well-protected, avoiding the placement of stickers, seals or sticky tape directly on the surface of the product or the product packaging. Failing this, ATT reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the returns form has been filled in and sent, you will receive instructions by email on how to return the goods to us. You must send the goods without delay, within a maximum of 14 days from the time that you notify us of your wish to exercise your right of return.

Delivery costs arising from the return will be at your expense. You are free to choose the delivery agent that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates.

Once the goods have been received, the defect in question will be verified and we will proceed to manufacture and deliver a replacement product, taking into account the specifications of the original order. All expenses that exceed the original price shall be met by ATT.

Order cancellations

You may cancel the order provided that the manufacturing process has not begun and provided that the product has not been prepared in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or user or has not been clearly customised.

Order cancellations which involve a refund and which are made by bank transfer may require a maximum of 30 days for processing, although we will try to ensure that this does not exceed 7 days.

Orders

In the event that products are made to specifications and/or by prior order, the customer will pay the full price in advance once the order is processed and accepted.

These products will not be subject to exchange or refund.'Exchange' means the replacement of one product for another and the return of the original through the customer's personal right of return.
